Pros :
- A very interesting notebook! Unlike the traditional one, but durable and waterproof
- Not only for chef, but for anyone want to jot something important! It happens like everyday someone accidentally
pour coffee on their notebook - I also like the lay flat design, most of us found the traditional one is not user-friendly, and sometimes it makes my handwriting looks bad and made me want to re-do it again!
Cons :
- None can be found in this hunt
