What is it?
This is a lens that goes on Nikon DSLR camera bodies. Tilt-shift allows you to tilt the perspective and align vertical lines more accurately for pristine shots of indoor and outdoor buildings. If our eyes are at 50mm, a 19mm lens is ultra wide angle. Good for architecture, interiors, landscapes, and panoramas.

Price
$3,399.95 but all worth it.

Does it work for the NIkon1 J5 Mirrorless, too? Or is it specifically for DSLR?
@normalbro, the Nikon 1J5 Mirrorless has been out for a while, so yes. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/823722-REG/Nikon_3613_FT1_Mount_Adapter.html?ap=y&gclid=CjwKCAjw2MTbBRASEiwAdYIpsYtlaTrJTDOEfVgBkewp1-Vybs4Urp-ayFDjfffNEtIoCipXL-NaPhoCXh8QAvD_BwE&smp=y
BUT keep in mind the new Nikon mirrorless camera doesn't allow that because it's an entirely different mount. They would be fools not to make a mount adapter for it, so stay tuned. I'm betting in the next year there will be one that works with any Nikon branded FX lens.
Thanks for the info. I never knew about that extra mount.
Damn. This is such a beauty! It is something I would consider getting myself if I was in a position to. Such high quality images. Keep it Up Hunter!
Thanks for sharing this lens @playitforward! I enjoy taking photos of buildings. It looks like a great lens to add to the collection. Cheers and happy hunting !
I'd love one of these to fit on my Nikon D5300 @playitforward. May have to save up some steem before that though!
Seriously nice lens.
