I am not related to any kind of app development or API. I don't get much after seeing the video.
Coming from their website, I realized that they are working on to make Decentralized Energy Efficient Consensus which can bring blockchain ecosystem.
They also offers low cost subnetwork build up which can make private blockchain more secure. The idea is really very complex to understand for me.
