This is really an excellent app and really something which I would need most of the time. One can easily adjust the intensity of bokeh of any particular portion of the image. I think with this app a beautifully animated bokeh version can be obtained from the original image. The only drawback I found is that it is only available for iOS. Otherwise it is simply excellent.
