Nice! I use a black tea scoby fir my buch' but this use for them is pretty ingenious. Let's get everyone on board.......... wait...... their all stuck in the dark ages thinking meat is food....... loving chemically enhanced lab created meats from fast foods........ never mind. Nice hunt.
