Really kool product. Not only can this be useful to homeowners but also for any buildings used for storage. Farms would benefit from this also. Although cats work well :) I was just at my child's school which by the way is top notch and just happened to see two rats by the outdoor dumpster......... they need this ;) Good hunt!!!
