Engineered to mimic the feeling of being out on the water, a 22” touch screen (with front-facing speakers) displays workout routines and all the stats you need to track your process, while also allowing you to train with fellow rowers and friends. It’s quiet and comfortable too, with an ergonomically cushioned 10-roller system seat. It’s said that rowing engages 86% of your muscles, and this is the most convenient and high-tech way to put that theory to the test
