It's a good idea!

Pros:

• More communication can only be helpful.
• Humanizing drivers has to cut down on anger on the roads.
• Could make other drivers smile.

Cons:

• Could be distracting for other drivers.
• It might make zero difference in a lot of situations.
• Some countries and states it's illegal to touch your phone once you've started the vehicle (remote control solves that though).
