Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.107 (25-01-2026) // Yummy, Satisfying and Mouthwatering Menu
Welcome back to my food menu blog where all the meals for the day are being displayed ranging from breakfast to dinner.
| Breakfast: Akara ( beans cake) and custard |

It was bright and calm Sunday morning and I was up early to prepare for services but then I had to make breakfast. I washed the beans, blended it with fresh pepper and onions then added some ingredients to fry. After making hot akara, I made banana flavored custard to accompany the meal. A real feel good meal to start the day.
| Lunch: Afang Soup and Swallow ( Garri) |

At noon, I removed soup from the freezer and 1 hour later, I returned to the kitchen to microwave and make swallow.
While the soup was in the microwave, I set water and prepped garri with it. The food was served and it was satisfying.
| Dinner: Toasted Bread and Tea |

Evening was fast approaching but since it was my resting day, I took a nap and woke up late (9:30pm). I couldn’t step out to purchase fruits because fruit salad was on the menu so I decided to make a lighter meal ( toasted bread accompanied with hot chocolate).
The toasted bread was made with egg which makes the meal balanced and healthy.
