Today I'm going to share an Indian recipe that has become very easy to make these days. Earlier, it used to take a lot of time and effort, but the effort was always worth it because it tasted so delicious. This dish is traditionally made in our home during Makar Sankranti, and it's called "GHEE CHURMA". It's a Rajasthani recipe, and it's made with very few ingredients, most of which are easily available at home. So let's get started on how to make "Ghee Churma."

The ingredients we will need for this recipe are as follows:


Half a kilogram of wheat flour
400 grams of powdered sugar
Ghee
Refined oil for frying


Method:

  • First, take the flour in a bowl and add one to one and a half cups of refined oil to it. Mix it well with the flour.

  • Once it's well mixed, knead it with water to make a dough.

  • Heat the refined oil in a pan and place it on the stove. Once the oil is hot, make small balls from the dough and roll them into round shapes, like puris, and fry them.

  • These puris will become very crispy. Then, break the puris into pieces and grind them in a blender. Once they are finely ground,

  • add the powdered sugar to the puri powder and mix it well.

  • Our Churma is ready. When serving, take the churma in a bowl and add three to four tablespoons of ghee.

Add as much as you like; I personally enjoy adding a lot of ghee. I usually add at least 3 to 4 tablespoons.

  • When serving, we add ghee on top before eating.

This is how our traditional recipe is prepared; it tastes very delicious.
