How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am sharing the recipe of yummy sweet corn 🌽

I had never prepared sweet corn before; I had seen it sold in the market, and my children had even bought a ready-made version once. However, they didn't enjoy it much, so I never considered trying it again or making it at home.

Then, while chatting on the phone with my sister-in-law, she asked if I had ever made sweet corn. I told her no—I hadn't, and I didn't particularly care for it. But since it is healthy as well as tasty, it’s not something one can simply ignore. I asked the kids, and they were up for it; my son brought home a packet of sweet corn.

Here are the ingredients I needed to make the sweet corn:

Sweet corn packet (100g)
Salt
Butter
Chaat masala
Lemon

Method

• First, I heated some water in a pot, added the sweet corn and a pinch of salt, and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

• Once boiled, I turned off the heat and drained all the water using a colander.

• Next, I placed a pan on the stove to heat up and added half a spoon of butter. When the butter melted, I added the boiled sweet corn.

• I added the chaat masala that came with the packet, along with a little extra chaat masala, and mixed everything well. I turned off the heat and then added lemon juice.

• The sweet corn is now ready. Those who like onions can add finely chopped onions and green chilies on top, according to their taste.

However, in my home, we prefer the sweet corn kept simple like this.
