How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest,which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @crismenia ma'am.I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.I hope it reaches your expectations.

1 - Make your own Chessy Pasta (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp

Milk1 and1/2 cup
Cream1 packet
Red chili flakes1tbsp
Corns1 cup
Cheddar chesse1 bar
Oregano1tsp

First, take a pan and add oil to it. Heat the oil, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. Next add the chicken and cook it .Stir time to time until the chicken changes its color.

Then add salt, black pepper, onion powder and tikka masala to the chicken and mix well. Next take three tomatoes make a smooth puree and add it to the pan. Stir everything together and let it cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture thickens.

Then add chilli garlic ketchup and cook for 2 minutes. After that add chopped capsicum and sauté for another 2 minutes. Finally turn off the flame.

Take another pan and add milk, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes. Mix everything well then add cream and cook the mixture stirring continuously until it becomes thick.

Take another pan and add water to it. Heat the water then add the pasta and cook it until it is soft.

When the pasta starts to boil add boiled corn to it. You can use frozen corn for this step.

Strain the pasta to remove the water then add the cooked pasta to the chicken. After that pour in the creamy white sauce.

Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. At this point you can eat the pasta as it is if you don’t want to add cheese.

Then take a cheese bar and grate it sprinkling it over the pasta as a garnish. You can also use mozzarella cheese for a melty, creamy topping.

Sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes over the pasta then cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.

Serve the pasta hot straight from the pan so that the melted cheese stretches beautifully with every bite.
