Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.129 // (29-06-2026) // A Meal For The Tummy.

Hello amigos. Today, I will be sharing with you all my daily menu.

My breakfast

Today, after waking up and performing my morning chores, my mom asked me to go and prepare some fried plantains with pepper sauce for breakfast. But I felt that I should include some yams to have some carbohydrates in my meals since plantains contain iron. This meal is one of my family's favorites for breakfast most especially the fried plantain.

My Lunch

In the afternoon the lunch was really pleasing because it was a vegetable, I had rice and ugu stew. The ugu stew is matched up with the rice because of its pleasing taste. My family loves this because of its unique taste compared to the regular stew for consuming rice. All you do for this recipe is to boil the rice and as for the stew, you will have to cut the ugu leaves, wash them for 2 mins, and boil with a seasoning cube of your choice, salt, onions, and your fish or meat.

My Dinner

Lastly, on my daily menu, I had the Nigerian regular for dinner and that's usually vegetable soup and Eba, this is what I usually have for dinner within the week. I like how nutritious the meal is, I don't consume much vegetables, but my brother eats a lot of vegetables whenever we eat together.
