Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.
Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 30 /03/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.

Every mother has a key role to play in family consumption. Here in my country, women determine what food is best for their families and sometimes men and children say what they are craving. It is important to satisfy the craving of our family members.

Waking up, every way was filled with love, joy,peace and happiness. We carry out our normal morning routine. The next thing on the agenda is always food.

I prepare pasta which is simple and fast. This is one of the simple but fast breakfast. Pasta is known worldwide and lovely enjoy by thousands of families.

In case you feel like preparing the same pasta, my ingredients where:. spaghetti ,fish, stock cube, Egg, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, onion, Ginger and Garlic.

Pasta is carbohydrates, Egg is protein, other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.
My personal experience is that pasta in the morning of winter warmed you from inside and provide energy to our bodies which helps to be agile and run the day activities smoothly. After every beautiful consumption, the sweat that comes out from our body strength our immune system.

My afternoon was hectic, I carry out laundry, pack and arrange the already wash. Thereafter,I went to assist a friend,who is packing to our new apartment. Returning home,I was thirsty and hungry. I decided to start star fruit and avocado 🥑. Star fruit ⭐ has lots of water which quickly quiet taste. Avocado has lots of health benefits in human life.

This is a topical fruit that turns from green to yellow when ripe. When slice, it form a star shape.This fruit has lost of vitamin such as vitamin A and C. It also contains dietary fiber which prevents constipation and support gut health. It also contains antioxidant that helps to keep skin healthy and health.

In the evening, I prepare honey beans and ripe plantain. This recipe one of the most simplest, fast, and proteinous meal that will never take your time. Beans contain amino acid which is the building house of protein. It is a good source of fiber. Beans are very rich in protein and minerals which provides many health benefits to the body when consumed.

My meal was delicious and my family enjoyed the recipe so much with heartfelt appreciation. Beans is my husband favorite meals and he was super excited to have this for dinner.
