Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.111. date (17-02-2026) // (All-Day Treats: Delicious Bites from Morning to Evening)😋🍴

How are you all? I hope everyone is living a healthy and happy life. I feel truly thankful for each new day and sincerely thank Allah for this beautiful blessing. Today, I am excited to participate in the wonderful contest “The Daily Menu: Delicacies Week #111” 🎉. I am very grateful to the Steem Iron Chef community for arranging such an engaging and meaningful contest. It gives us a great platform to share our favorite dishes and cooking experiences. I’m happy to present my daily menu and hope you enjoy these dishes as much as I enjoyed preparing them.

Later in the afternoon, I joined my mother in the kitchen and helped her prepare lunch. She cooked fresh saag, while I made rice mixed with peas a dish I really enjoy. Everyone at home loves this rice and eats it happily. Whenever I cook rice with peas and potatoes, I always pair it with saag because together they taste even better. Saag is a special dish that can be enjoyed in any season, whether the weather is warm or cool. It is prepared in many homes and goes well with different meals, making it a favorite comfort food for everyone.

After we finished eating, a few guests arrived at our home, so I prepared my special mango custard for them. Out of all the custards, mango custard is my favorite, and it is also the most loved dessert in our family. It is very simple to make, which makes me enjoy preparing it even more. When my family likes my cooking and praises it, it fills my heart with happiness. Custard is especially loved by children they enjoy its smooth texture and sweet taste. Mango custard, in particular, is a big hit with the kids because of its rich flavor and bright color. Seeing children enjoy it with happy smiles makes this dessert feel even more special and satisfying to prepare

And then in the evening my sister made wraps, which she makes so delicious, she made a white chicken masala in it and we used to add vegetables too because vegetables are not eaten like that, so when we make things like this, like shawarma or anything like that, we definitely add these vegetables and they look more crunchy and delicious in it. Along with this, I also made fries of both of them, which when these two things are made together, their taste becomes very delicious and everyone liked it very much and we sat down and enjoyed our evening like this.

As evening arrived, my brother surprised us by bringing ice cream for everyone. It had been a long time since we enjoyed something like this together. Along with the ice cream, he also brought beautiful flowers, which made us all very happy. He thoughtfully brought separate flowers for each of us and ice cream for all the brothers, sisters, and Mama. We sat together on the lawn, enjoying the ice cream while a cool breeze gently passed by. That time felt very calm, joyful, and special to me, and I will always remember it with a smile.
