Here is: contest link. Anyway, let's get started--
Today, I am going to share my experience of the hostels 'Grand Meal' with you. Since we have to pay our monthly food bills according to the rules. The mess managers usually organize one or two of these special 'Grand Meals' each month. Recently, we had one such meal. All in all, I really enjoyed the food and had a fantastic time.
Dinner
This grand meal is always served on that special night. Meat dishes are prepared for the occasion, with a paneer option available for those who do not eat meat.Since I don't eat meat, I had the paneer. The spread included steamed rice, red lentil dal, mashed potatoes, hog plum chutney, papad, Chicken Kosha or Chilli Paneer kosha, ice cream, and Satmola.
Paneer is highly beneficial for health due to its rich nutritional value and high protein content. It is made from pure milk. However, I generally dislike the way paneer is cooked at the hostel. As it tends to lack spice and salt while containing excessive oil. That said, the 'Chilli Paneer Kosha' prepared this time was absolutely delicious.
I went to invite these friends:
