Here is: contest link. Anyway, let's get started--
Today, I will be sharing with you everything I ate throughout the day. Since I am currently living in a hostel away from home, it is not possible for me to cook my own meals, as every institution has its own specific set of rules and regulations. At the beginning of each month, we are required to pay our monthly food expenses—which we commonly refer to as the "mess bill." Above all, hostel food places a greater emphasis on nutritional value rather than mere culinary indulgence—something that ultimately proves to be highly beneficial for one's health. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the meals, and I had a wonderful time.
Breakfast
For breakfast on Saturday morning, I had scrambled eggs—a dish prepared by sautéing eggs with onions and green chilies. Eggs are highly rich in protein; therefore, they are extremely beneficial for the body, in addition to being quite delicious. I prepared this myself, using someone else's electric induction cooktop.
Lunch
For lunch, I ate the rice provided by the hostel, along with a dish of Malabar spinach and potatoes cooked with bori (dried lentil cakes). Additionally, I used an electronic induction cooker belonging to others to fry an egg and prepare some fried potatoes. All in all, every dish turned out to be quite delicious and tasty. The fried potatoes, in particular, had a truly memorable flavor.
Dinner
For dinner, I ate a variety of things. In the evening, I had puffed rice and batasa (sugar drops) with jaggery. Afterward, I ate fried flattened rice mixed with egg—a dish that someone from the adjacent room shared with me. I, too, occasionally share food with them. In any case, this particular recipe was somewhat unique, as I had never before eaten flattened rice prepared with egg. Although it wasn't exceptionally tasty, it turned out quite crispy. Finally, later in the night, I ate a cucumber, which aids in digestion and helps keep the body cool.
I went to invite these friends:
