My dear friends, I am absolutely delighted to participate in today's "Recipe of the Day: Week No. 101" contest. Today, I will be sharing with you a recipe of my own creation—one that is prepared using eggs and puffed rice. It allows you to create a truly delicious dish with very few ingredients and minimal effort—a dish that looks incredibly appetizing as well. In any case, this contest is undoubtedly wonderful, and it has been organized by @steemit-Iranchef. I extend my heartfelt thanks to them for organizing such a fantastic recipe-themed competition.

Ingredients:

| Puffed Rice | 1 Bowl |
| Salt | 1/3 Tablespoon |
| Turmeric | fraction |
| Cumin Powder | 1/3 Tablespoon |
| Mustard Oil | 1.5 Tablespoon |
Methods for making recipe:
Step: 1
First, I crack an egg into a bowl. Then, I add a suitable amount of chopped green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, and cumin powder.
Step: 2
Next, I thoroughly mix all the spices with the egg.
Step: 3
Now, I add a bowlful of puffed rice to the egg mixture and mix it well; I then let it sit for a while so that the puffed rice becomes fully softened.
Step: 4
Afterward, I place a frying pan on an induction cooktop, pour in a moderate amount of mustard oil, and heat it slightly.Now, I will pour the mixture of puffed rice and spiced eggs into the pan. Then, using a spoon, I will spread it out evenly.
Step: 5
Next, I will fry it for 3–4 minutes before flipping the omelet over. Then, I will fry both sides thoroughly until it acquires a nice golden color.
Final step:
Finally, I will transfer the puffed rice omelet into a serving dish.So, after this, it can be served either on its own or alongside a vegetarian curry. I served my puffed rice omelet with Ghugni, which turned out to be quite delicious.
