Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.90 (Roasted Shrimp Recipe.)

I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a delicious Roasted shrimp recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.90 competition organized by @mvchacin in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

Cooking Process
Step 1:
To prepare the shrimp bhuna recipe, I took three hundred grams of large shrimp. The shrimp need to be washed and cleaned very well, so I used a knife to remove the dirt inside the shrimp head and washed it with clean water. After cleaning all the shrimp in the same way, I drained the water and put it in a bowl.

Step 2:
Now, I mixed the drained shrimp with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chili powder, and salt to taste and mixed them well.

Step 3:
To fry the shrimp, I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil in it. When the oil was hot, I dropped the shrimp into the oil. When one side was fried for about 15 seconds, I flipped it over and fried the other side. After both sides were fried, I took the shrimp off the stove.

Step 4:
To fry the shrimp, I heated oil in a pan on the stove and added 1 cup of chopped onion. I added a little salt to the onion so that the onion does not burn while frying. After frying the onion until brown, I added ginger paste and garlic paste. Then I stirred everything and sautéed it for about 30 seconds so that the spices did not have a raw smell.

Step 5:
At this stage, I added 1tbs turmeric powder, 1tbsp chili powder, 1tbs cumin powder, 1/2tbs coriander powder and salt to taste. After stirring the spices, I added a cup of water so that the powdered spices do not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Step 6:
When the spices were well ground and the oil was floating on top of the spices, I added 1/2 cup of curd. Then I stirred everything again and ground it for 5 minutes. After five minutes, when the spices were ground, I added the fried prawns.

Step 7:
I mixed the shrimp with the spices and stirred it. I added 1 cup of water to cook everything well. Then I closed the lid of the pot and cooked it for 10 minutes.

Step 8:
When the gravy boils, I add 4-5 green chilies. The green chilies add a nice flavor to the taste of the shrimp stew. When the gravy becomes thick, I remove it from the stove. The shrimp stew is ready.

Final Step:
The taste of grilled shrimp with hot steaming rice is incomparable. Shrimp is loved by everyone, young and old, and shrimp can be cooked in many ways. Every shrimp recipe tastes great.
