Today I will share with you a Crispy Chicken Nuggets Recipe. I will share a very easy and healthy way to make chicken nuggets at home. It is a very popular snack for afternoon snack or entertaining guests, which is loved by everyone, young and old. Without further ado, let's share an easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients
I have listed the ingredients required for the Chicken Nuggets Recipe below.
| Ingredients | Quantity | Ingredients | Quantity |
Chicken | 400 gm | Bread | 8 pcs midium |
Orange Breadcrumbs | 2 cup | Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
Ginger & Garlic paste | 1 tbsp | Paprika powder | 1.5 tbsp |
Egg | 2 pcs | Salt | As Required |
Chicken keema Preparation
For the chicken nuggets recipe, I took boneless chicken breast meat. Then, using a knife, I cut the meat into small pieces and washed it in clean water. I drained the water well so that there was no excess water in the chicken pieces. After draining the water, I made mincemeat by putting it in a blender jar. Of course, you have to take time to blend the chicken mince well.
Bread Powder Preparation
For the chicken nuggets recipe, I took 8 slices of medium-sized bread. First, I used a knife to cut off the brown part around the bread and separated it. Then, I cut the bread into small pieces for easy blending. I took the bread pieces in a blender jar and blended them to make a powder.
Mixture preparation
I took the minced chicken in a mixing bowl, added 1 tablespoon of ginger paste and garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili powder, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, and salt to taste to the minced chicken. Then I stirred everything and mixed it.
I added the pre-ground bread powder to the minced chicken mixture. Then I mixed everything well again to make the mixture for making nuggets. You don't need too many spices or ingredients to make chicken nuggets, the mixture is ready to make chicken nuggets. If you have time, you can leave the mixture to rest.
Nuggets Preparation
At this stage, I brushed a little oil on a flat surface or chopping board. Otherwise, it would stick to the bottom of the pot and be difficult to lift. After brushing the oil, I spread the chicken mixture flat on the board, about half an inch thick, then smoothed the edges and made a square shape and made small square-shaped nuggets with the help of a knife.
Chicken Nuggets Coating Preparation
To coat the chicken nuggets, I broke 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and beat them with orange breadcrumbs. Now I took one chicken nugget and first coated it in the egg, then rolled it in the breadcrumbs and coated it well. I coated all the chicken nuggets in the same way.
Storage Method
Chicken nuggets can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for about three months after being coated in breadcrumbs. They are great for serving as a quick snack or entertaining guests by taking them out of the freezer 5 minutes before frying.

Frying Preparation
I heated oil in a pan on the stove to fry the chicken nuggets, then dropped the chicken nuggets into the oil and fried them on medium heat. Of course, you have to take your time and keep the stove on medium heat while frying the chicken nuggets, otherwise even though the top is fried, the inside will not be cooked properly. When the chicken nuggets are fried, I drained the oil. Now it's time to enjoy the hot chicken nuggets.

Saludos.... Tengo entendido que para este tipo de receta se emplea el pan rallado, pero pensé que era el pan duro, no había que con este tipo de pan también se podía rebosar el pollo y se ve estupendo, te felicito y gracias por compartir.
