In the first week of the competition, we will visit Fried food stalls and explore various types of fried food which are very relevant to our daily lives.

The fried food stall that I will be reviewing today in the Street Food Gastronomic Competition is known to the locals as Olympic Sweets. It serves a variety of sweets as well as fried food. It serves traditional sweets at affordable prices, and in the morning it serves various dishes including paratha, khichuri, dal, and vegetables. In the afternoon, it serves various fried foods, including vegetable rolls, naan, tandoori roti, chicken grill, samosas, onions, jilapi, and Mughlai paratha.

Olympic Sweets is one of the favorite fried food stalls for afternoon or evening chats and snacks with friends. These fried foods are affordable and easily available to the common people, so they happily accept them. Located on Olympic Sweets Station Road, this fried food stall is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Currently, various types of fried food stalls are set up around Ramadan in the afternoon. About 10-15 employees work here. They work tirelessly to ensure 100% service to the customers. All types of food are prepared in a hygienic environment by skilled craftsmen.

I often enjoy food from this shop. All types of food are prepared in a healthy environment. From preparing the food to serving it, it is done in a healthy way. All the food here is priced very affordable, so it is worth seeing the customers flocking to enjoy good food at a low price. The food in this shop is delicious to eat and stored in a healthy way. Since the shop is adjacent to the main road, the food is stored in glass shelves and the food served on the table is covered with plastic. Along with delicious food, there is a strict monitoring of health awareness.

We eat fried foods for afternoon snack or light hunger, although they are not healthy but they are quite popular as a hunger suppressant. I always avoid extra oily food, but this stand has some of my favorite fried foods which I often buy from here. I really like the chicken roll, jilapi and singara from this stand. The taste of hot jilapi soaked in juice is unique. I order cucumber and sauce with potato singara which is unique in taste. The taste and quality of the fried food here is quite good.

This stand has a variety of fried foods, since it is a fried food shop, these are the foods that are in their regular menu. This stand is quite popular with the locals and there is always a crowd of customers here to enjoy the delicious food. However, I think if this stand also has cold borhani, milkshake, and matha on their menu along with fried foods, it will become more popular and customers will be attracted to get something unique. Cold borhani, milkshake, and matha will provide peace and freshness to the customers, which will improve their business even more.

There are several fried food shops in this area, and in the afternoon, some temporary stalls are also seen where fried food is prepared and sold. However, this stand is more popular with people in this area compared to other fried food shops. If we compare the quality of the food, it must be said that the food at this stand is affordable. Because although the environment for serving food and preparing food at other stands is often inappropriate, they also set the price in line with the price of the shop. But at this stand, the food is prepared in a healthy way and served with care for customer service. I can easily say that the price of the food at this stand is affordable compared to the taste and quality of other food in the area. That is why there is a high demand from customers to enjoy delicious food at affordable prices at this stand.
