Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. I am very interested in participating in this competition and presenting a traditional food recipe from my village. So before starting, I would like to thank you, @suboohi, a lot.
In my country, traditional food includes desserts. The name of the food is sweet and sour. After eating some food, this dessert is served to us for food. Besides, this dessert is kept as a morning or afternoon snack at any event. Of course, I have made this dessert many times. I like eating desserts a lot, and I also like making them. So let's share the recipe with you today.
I have chosen a dessert from the traditional sweets of our district, today I will share with you how you can make a dessert very quickly at home. Dessert is a fun food. Let's go to the full recipe.
- One cup of polar rice
One cup of sugar
1 liter of milk
One cup of grated coconut
2 cinnamon
Two cardamoms
15 raisins
As much salt
Step one
First, I took one cup of polar rice, washed it cleanly, added two cups of water to it and boiled it to fifty percent.
Step two
Then I added one liter of milk to the boiled polar rice. Along with this, I also added cinnamon, cardamom, one cup of grated coconut, one cup of sugar, and as much salt. I mixed them very nicely.
Step three,
After mixing everything, I made a very nice slush. Until the rice is fully cooked. While cooking, I made it very thick.
Step 4
After cooking for about half an hour, it has become very thick and the rice is cooked and a very nice flavor is coming out. And just then I added the raisins.
At this stage, my cooking is complete. I turned off the gas stove and waited for it to cool. I served this food after cooling it for ten minutes.
Not at all, I did not face any difficulty in making this recipe. I was able to make this recipe with the ingredients available at home. Since I like sweets a lot, besides, everyone in the family likes to eat a lot. So this dessert is made by me occasionally. I found it easy. I make this recipe very quickly with the ingredients available at home. Overall, I liked it a lot.
When many guests come to the house, I use this food as a dessert at the end of the guests' meal. Moreover, this food can be given to them as a snack after they come home. If you want, you can give this food to your little one as an afternoon or morning snack. The food is very nutritious, so this food is very beneficial for our body. In our country, this food is very popular at weddings. Without desserts, wedding food does not accumulate. So finally, it can be said that this is very popular when there is an event and a guest.
