Hi my friends, how are you?.
I hope you are all well. I am also well. So today I am here to participate in a very wonderful competition in the Steemit iron Chef community. This competition is a very great competition and today I will prepare a very delicious dish according to the competition topic. For that, I want to prepare a cheese dish. So today I thank all the leaders of this community who organized this wonderful competition.

Today I am here to prepare the most delicious chocolate brownies according to the competition topic. I will use very easy steps in preparing this chocolate brownie and I will present it to you step by step. So we can use this chocolate brownie as a dessert or as a main dish after eating. Among the savory dishes, this chocolate brownie is very tasty and I am sure that this chocolate brownie will be a favorite dish of everyone. So without wasting much time, I will present my participation.

🟢Sugar 250g
🟢Cocoa Powder 70g
🟢Cooking oil 160ml
🟢Flour 85g
🟢Vanilla 1 1/2 tsp

First, I took a clean bowl and added eggs to it. For this recipe, I added about two eggs.

Then I added sugar to it. After adding the required amount of sugar, I beat it well for a while like this.

After stirring until the sugar was well dissolved, I added the vanilla and salt and stirred it well for a while. I followed these steps while stirring them.

Now I was ready to add the required amount of cocoa to my chocolate brownie. So I added the cocoa to a bowl like this and added the oil to it.

Then I prepared to mix the cocoa well. I prepared to mix it well so that there were no lumps like this.

Now I added this cocoa mixture to the previously prepared egg mixture and beat it well for a while.

Then I'm going to do the kneading part of this mixture. So I added the flour to this. After adding the flour, I beat it well for a while like this.

Now I prepared a tray suitable for baking the chocolate brownies. I added the batter to the tray and baked it well for about 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 175c* for 10 minutes. In this way, I finished preparing the delicious brownies.

Finally, I removed the baked brownie from the oven, let it sit like this for a while, and then cut it into the desired size. So now the chocolate brownie is ready.
