I made some very delicious and tasty parathas for breakfast today. So I thought why not share with you all the details of how I made them and what kind of parathas I made. We had a lot of fresh green coriander in our house today, so I thought why not make parathas out of it by grinding the green coriander and green chillies well. Today I have made these delicious green coriander chutney parathas. The recipe of which I am sharing with you all. I hope that you all will definitely like my paratha recipe today. So without wasting any time, let's start.
- I used a dori stick to make the Chutney. In this recipe I first added the washed green chillies. Then I added a tablespoon of salt. I added the dried coriander. And then I added the chopped green coriander. I have now used these four ingredients to make the chutney. Because the sauce made with these ingredients is very tasty tangy and delicious.
- I mixed all these ingredients well and prepared their chutney. I mashed them well with the help of this stick for about five to 10 minutes. And after that this delicious coriander chutney was ready.
- After that, I took a clay stove made in the indigenous way and inside it I lit a fire with the help of wood and then I placed the tawa on top to heat it. You all know that Pakistan has a very cold season. And believe me there is a lot of fog every day nothing is visible. So in this season the fire of wood provides a lot of comfort and also keeps our body warm. Therefore people living in villages mostly cook food on fire and enjoy this season as well. Therefore today I have made this delicious paratha on fire of wood for all of us siblings and parents for breakfast.
- After that I took the dough. I made small round balls of it and kept them. I had already kneaded the dough. So that if there was any deficiency in it, it would be completely eliminated. We could make the parathas made with this dough very delicious.
- After that I took a piece of dough and made a small round loaf of it with the help of my hands. I placed it inside the dish and spread the chutney I had made on it well. After that I took a tablespoon of ghee on it and spread that well on top of the sauce. I have put ghee on top of the sauce because adding ghee inside the bread makes it very soft and crispy and this will make the taste of this paratha even more delicious and crispy.
- After that I took the second round piece of dough and made a small round loaf of it with the help of my hands. Then I placed this loaf on top of the one I had made on which I had put the sauce etc. And I closed both the loaves well from the sides. Then with the help of my hands I made a big loaf of it and put it on the tawa and then I started cooking it.
- After that, I lightly cooked this paratha from both sides. Then I applied ghee on it and cooked this paratha well from both sides and you can see in the picture how the delicious and red paratha which is the chutney is cooked and ready. In the same way I have made these delicious and tasty parathas for my entire family members for breakfast today. And I have served it with tea first.
