Recipe: Hakka Nodules.

Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. Welcome everyone on a winter evening. Winter means all kinds of fresh vegetables. Green vegetables are more common during winter. So I also made Hakka noodles with all these vegetables.

🥦 Cauliflower 🥦

Cauliflower is a great source of vitamins C, K, B6, folate, fiber and antioxidants; which boost immunity, strengthen bones and brain, help in weight loss and reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. Because it has low fiber, low calories and essential minerals. It increases digestion, relieves constipation, and helps keep skin and lungs healthy.

🥦 Vitamin C and antioxidants help prevent colds and other infections.
🥦 It is high in fiber and low in calories and fat, which helps in weight control.
🥦 Antioxidants and sulfur components destroy cancer cells and reduce the risk of various types of cancer.
🥦 Vitamin K, calcium and fluoride strengthen bones. Choline improves memory and brain function.
🥦 Fiber and potassium help control cholesterol and blood pressure, which reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.
🥦 A lot of fiber improves digestion and relieves constipation.
🥦 Vitamin C keeps the skin healthy and helps in wound healing.
🥦 Low glycemic index and fiber control blood sugar levels.

🥕 Carrots🥕

Eating carrots is very beneficial for health, because it contains a lot of beta-carotene, vitamins and fiber that improve eyesight, strengthen immunity, reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease, keep skin and hair healthy, and improve digestion, it also helps to remove toxins from the body and increase liver function.

🥕 Beta-carotene helps prevent eye diseases like night blindness and glaucoma, because it is converted into vitamin A.
🥕 Vitamins - C, E and antioxidants protect the body from various infections.
🥕 The antioxidants in it help reduce the risk of cancer, especially breast, colon and lung cancer.
🥕 Fiber and potassium reduce bad cholesterol and reduce high blood pressure, which keeps the heart healthy.
🥕 Potassium and water eliminate dryness of the skin and maintain moisture.
🥕 Fiber aids in digestion, and carrot juice increases liver function by removing toxins.
🥕 The vitamins and minerals in carrots reduce hair loss and strengthen hair shafts.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles 🫔
  • Soy sauce 🥫
  • Tomato sauce 🥫
  • Eggs 🥚
  • Green chilies 🌶️
  • Chopped onion 🧅
  • Cauliflower 🥦
  • Cabbage 🥬
  • Carrots 🥕
  • Oil 🍶
  • Salt 🧂
  • Spices🫙
  • Chili flakes 🧂

Recipe

🍜 First, chop the cauliflower, Chop cabbage, carrots, green chilies, onions. Wash all the chopped vegetables thoroughly.

🍜 First, boil all the vegetables with light salt for 10 minutes. When the vegetables are boiled, add water to the pan, add light salt and 3/4 drops of oil and boil the noodles.

🍜 Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil.

🍜 Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion, chopped chili, chili flakes with salt to taste. Add boiled vegetables and stir lightly.

🍜 While the vegetables are simmering, add the noodles' spices. Add the cooked noodles to the noodles and add the eggs.

🍜 Mix the noodles with tomato sauce and soy sauce. Then add the noodles' spices and keep it for 5 minutes.

🍜 After 5 minutes, take it off and serve it hot.
