There are two types of coffee shops and tea shops in Bangladesh. For those who live in the city, there are coffee shops, but for those of us who live in the village, there are tea shops. The upper class people of the city go to coffee shops to chat and drink very expensive coffee.

Tea shops sell tea at low prices from above. There, people from different walks of life sit and chat and drink tea. Since I live in the village, this tea shop is located on one side of our village. We know it as Boro Mama's Tea Shop. Although this tea shop looks small, it has a lot of space inside and is very popular.

It is located in Mirzapur Upazila of Tangail District of our Dhaka Division. The name of the village is Tarafpur Dakshin Site. I noticed that the shopkeeper here is very good and smart. He knows how to attract customers very well. I saw that he arrives at this market before everyone else in the morning.

Then he cleans all the items in his tea shop and supplies new water. Because tea needs clean water. Then he starts his day's activities. Here he sells two types of tea. Which I will mention below, but he runs all the processes on only one stove. He keeps the tea kettle in the stove and heats the fire. It is a type of stove that burns from morning to night.

TWO TYPES OF TEA ARE BEING HEATED

As I said before, despite our Bangladesh being an expensive country, people are very fond of food. That is why the most symbolic drink in my country is tea. From villages to cities, there are hundreds of tea shops in every place. It can be on the side of the road, next to a company, next to an industrial factory, next to a government institution, next to a station, next to a hospital or by the river.

MANY CUSTOMERS ARE BUSY DRINKING TEA

There are tea shops in Bangladesh everywhere. In our city, most of the time, tea drinking is a nuisance from morning. All the old people in the area go to tea stalls from morning to have important discussions and drink tea. They think that no meeting will be complete without drinking tea. I sometimes observe these things from them and enjoy this traditional hot drink of Bangladesh. However, there are some places in the city where special coffee is available. However, most people in Bangladesh are attracted to tea. Wherever I went, everyone likes milk tea.

Every area has its own unique taste of tea and coffee. There are many tea shops in our Mirzapur city & village which are famous for their area. I have heard that customers come from far and wide to this tea shop because it sells very tasty special tea. In the morning, hundreds of people sit here and chat and they drink red ginger tea.

When I sometimes go to this shop, I like to drink milk tea. But this shopkeeper knows me very well. That is why whenever I go to that shop, he makes me a special tea as soon as he sees me which is called Malai Milk Tea. But it is not available all the time, it is only available in the afternoon.

However, it is worth mentioning one thing that the red ginger tea sold here is very special, because drinking it can cure anyone who has a cold-related problem in their throat. Because red ginger tea is made with various ingredients here. I really enjoy this tea in the afternoon.

This tea shop I showed you is very famous because here you can have tea all the time from morning to afternoon. The shopkeeper is very smart because he collects pure cow's milk every morning to make this tea. If he wanted to, he could have made tea with packet milk or condensed milk. But he wants to give customers the original cow's milk.

There is no adulteration in pure cow's milk, that's why milk tea is the most special. This tea shop looks small from the front. However, there is a huge space at the back side where various meetings and discussions are held at different times. The back site cannot be seen from the front, so I saw a picture of the back side.

The service of this tea shop is very good. All the things in the shop are very clean and they provide one of the best services to the customers. Since it is a tea shop, most of the people come here and chat. However, it is worth mentioning that there are many people who look at the pictures and videos and have doubts in their hearts.

That is why I could not take more detailed pictures. There are three types of tea available here which I have mentioned above. If you wish, you can add many more items to this tea. In the first picture, you can see some bread and biscuits in front of the shop. Tea can be enjoyed with bread and biscuits. You can call these biscuits cookies.

So this was a tea shop in my village that I introduced to you. Most of the time this tea shop is crowded in the morning and afternoon. Personally, I like to have tea in the afternoon. So whenever I feel like it, I go there and have my favorite tea.
