"SLC30-W1" // "La Ruta Gastronómica De Comida Callejera" - Puestos de fritos.
Hello friends, welcome to the new season. Today I'm here to participate in the wonderful 1st week of this "SLC30-W1" // "La Ruta Gastronómica De Comida Callejera" - Puestos de fritos competition organized by @lirvic & @dasudi.
Ramadan Mubarak to all my friends. Because the month of Ramadan is going on in different countries of the world including Bangladesh. During the month of Ramadan, different types of fried foods are sold in different cities of our Bangladesh.
That is why I went to a restaurant adjacent to our Mirzapur bypass where different types of fried foods are prepared and sold. The name of this fried food restaurant is Lakshmi Sweets Store. All types of sour, salty, fast food foods are sold here.
What is your favorite fried food from this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel, or something else) and what filling do you always order it with?
---
During the month of Ramadan, street food items are more noticeable in different parts of our country, especially in urban areas. Because they are more popular during the month of Ramadan. There are other sections within the student section. However, I have highlighted the front section where fried food stalls have been set up.
This is one of my favorite fried food shops. I sometimes buy different types of fast food from this shop. All the dishes shown here are made by frying in oil. However, some of them are spicy and sweet. Some of my favorite fried dishes from this place are brinjal chop, potato chop, brinjal fry, hot jilipi etc. I sincerely buy food from this shop with deep fillings to soothe our minds.

The food environment of this shop is very nice. There is a kitchen section inside where all kinds of food are fried and brought out and sold beautifully. All the food is covered so beautifully that mosquitoes, flies or dirt do not fall on it. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, so they take great care of the food.
There are two employees who serve the food and pack the food as per the customers' requirements. Here I got all my favorite food but I got to see big jillipas there which are called amiti in our village home. These are fried in extra oil with sweet mixture, they are very soft to eat. Apart from that, there is onion and chickpea boot bhuna.

Fried foods are very famous here so people from different parts of the city come here just to taste these foods. Currently, the month of Ramadan is going on so all kinds of modern desserts and fried foods are sold here.
I got to see different types of fried foods there but I missed one favorite fried food here which is Fried Whole Chicken. Yes, I wanted to see this here because I love this food. But there are more notable fried desserts here which are famous desserts of this city. These include Burinda, Chikan Jilapi, Mishti etc. All these foods are fried in oil and add different flavors.

How would you rate the prices of this stall compared to other stalls in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly high? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?
---
Compared to other places, I would consider the quality of food at this place to be very remarkable. I have seen other places, especially in my own area, where the prices are comparatively a little higher. However, this shop seems to have a comparatively lower price and the quality of the food seems to be good. All the fried foods for Eid are sold here, especially eggplant chops and potato chops, which are sold at lower prices than other places.
That is why people have a lot of demand for this shop. People like to eat fried foods during Iftar in the month of Ramadan, that is why all the fried foods that people like are kept here. Below I have mentioned the current prices and steem prices of some fried foods.

The quality of the food in this fried food shop seems to be very high and fresh. The price of the food seems to be relatively low so that all customers can buy it. Sometimes many people cannot buy fried food due to lack of money, so the price of the food here has been kept relatively low considering everyone. There is a cash counter inside the shop and the decoration is quite good. You will get food discounts here every day because they provide good service.
