Hello friends, welcome to the new season. Today I'm here to participate in the wonderful 4th week of this "SLC30-W4" // "The Street Food Gastronomic Route" - Broths and Soups competition organized by @lirvic & @dasudi.

Today I will take you to a famous hot soup shop in our Mirzapur city. Our Mirzapur city is famous for fast food. That is why in the afternoon, various types of food are available there, especially fast food food.

Habib Mama's Special Chattopi and Fuchka House located at the old bus stand in Mirzapur is the most famous. Here, high-quality fast food food and hot soup are available, which we call Chattopi. There is always a crowd of customers in front of the shop and the food inside is beautifully arranged.

I visited this shop a few months ago with my niece. She suggested me that they have special hot soup. Although we call it Chattopi in our village language. This soup is made with different types of spices and other ingredients. I really like this shop and I eat it sometimes. The soup is made with different types of ingredients in one bowl. This Chattopi is one of the fast food dishes in Bangladesh. you call it hot soup.

The decoration inside the shop is very beautiful. It is especially kept clean. Because when customers enter here, they get good reviews of their shop and they feel comfortable sitting here, so all the facilities have been provided.

There is a huge fridge inside the shop where different types of soft drinks are kept. Because after eating any type of food, drinking soft water also gives more satisfaction. Apart from this, other foods are arranged on top and covered with plastic polythene so that mosquitoes cannot touch them. Different types of spices and foods have been kept on the table.

What is your favorite soup or broth to have after a tiring day and how often do you eat it?

After the tiredness of the whole day and completing all the work that I had in the city, I went to this shop to eat this hot soup. After going here, the shopkeeper asked me how much package you want to buy. So I told the shopkeeper as needed.

After that, I sat there for a while but I took some pictures of the inside and outside. The shopkeeper prepared all the items very beautifully with chili spices and other spices and ingredients, especially the chili item that we ordered. Then he gave it to us in a bowl and we took two. When I lifted some food from this bowl with a spoon, it was very thick.

Do you eat any special ingredients (such as arepas, bread, lemon, hot sauce) with your soup?

Actually, I like to eat with different types of spices while eating any food, so there were different types of spices and tamarind in that shop. A special skin was made with tamarind and water which tastes even more delicious when eaten with chatti or this hot soup.

So we took tamarind and some special spices that were there which enhanced the taste of the food. These mosquitos are placed on each table and there are glasses of water for drinking.

The environment inside is very nicely decorated and there is good seating arrangement for the customers. There are enough tables and chairs for both inside and outside seating. Also, there are enough tissues inside to wipe hands and face.

They provide maximum facilities to the customers that is why all the customers like to go here. I went there and had a chatpoti with my younger brother. It is a famous chatpoti shop and hot soup shop in the city.
