Greetings to the Steemit Family!!


When the cool breeze starts and the winter comes, the need for foods that make the body warm increases. I'm very happy to take part in this Steemit learning challenge 28 week 1. Tomato soup is a very delicious, healthy and energetic meal for winter. Its include vitamins, minerals and natural ingredients that are very beneficial for body and movement and provide protection against different winter diseases.

Today I want to share tomato soup with full instructions and step by step procedure and also which difficulties faced by me.

INGREDIENTS

Organic Tomatoes 400 to 500 Grams

Scallions leaves 8 to 12 grams

Black pepper powder 1/5 tablespoon

Soya sauce 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Recipe of Tomatoes Soup

First of all I picked the fresh, red and juicy tomatoes and after washing it using clean water, I cut the stem parts and cut them on their skin using a sharp knife that makes it soft after removing the skin.

Then I put half a cup of water in the pot, adding tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.

When tomatoes become completely soft and cooked then I placed them on the plate and removed their skin. Then I used a blender to give them a perfect and balanced texture.

Now I added butter in the other pan and heating it. Then I add chopped garlic and scallions leaves and cook until it becomes golden brown.When the aroma comes then it's the correct time to add tomato puree.

Now I added tomatoes mixture also add turmeric powder, cumin powder and black pepper after mixing it well adding half cup water and continuing stirring. After cooking it for 7 minutes the mixture is almost cooked and it becomes perfect thick.

After that I added soya sauce, chilli sauce and chicken powder if tomatoes are little sour then you add one tablespoon of sugar according to your taste.

In the end I add wheat flour mixture and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Thick, full of fragrance and complete tomato soup is ready.

Nutrients & Winter Benefits

Tomato soup is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, anti accidents and fibers and has a good quantity of these.
It's provide heat during winters.
Strong the immune system of body.
Hydrate the body during dry season and environment.
Anti accidents decrease swelling of body.
Very useful for the throat and during tiredness.
This soup is not only for benefits in winter but also very relaxing and power increases during winters nights.

Difficulties Faced & Ingredients Prices (Local Currency + Steem)

I'm facing difficulty when I remove the skin of the tomatoes, it is one of the difficult process for me during making tomato ketchup. Because some tomatoes couldn't soft properly. And the second problem I'm facing is to maintain the perfect thickness of tomato soup because the use of wheat flour is a very delicate step.

Tomato 500 grams 100 rupees Pakistani 5 Steem
Scallions leaves 20 rupees 1 Steem
Butter 100 rupees 5 Steem
Souces and spices 50 rupees 2.5 Steem
Wheat flour 20 rupees 1 Steem
Garlic 20 rupees 1 Steem
Total cost in. Pakistani rupees is 310 rupees and in Steem is 15.5 Steem.
