step 1 :


First I broke four eggs in a bowl. Then I beat the eggs with the help of a slotted spoon. After beating the eggs, I added sugar and mixed the sugar well with the eggs. Then I added milk and mixed everything again.

Now after mixing everything with the egg, I added vanilla essence. I also mixed the vanilla essence well with the egg and milk mixture.

Now to make caramel, I put a bowl on the stove and put sugar in it. I added a little water to the sugar and cooked it on low heat for a while. When it turned red, I took it off. In this way, I made caramel for pudding.

Now I poured the pudding mixture into the bowl where I made the caramel and put a lid on top. Then I put a pan on the stove, added a little water, placed the pudding bowl in it and cooked it.

Then I took the bowl of pudding off the stove and let it cool for a while before taking it out of the bowl and serving it.

Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give??

We generally know that milk is completely liquid. And pudding will never be made with liquid alone, so to get a good structure, you must combine milk with eggs. Although there are also things that are opposite to milk with eggs, and that is agar agar powder and gelatin. But I think making pudding with eggs is much more nutritious than gelatin or agar agar powder. Basically, when thinking about the structure and nutrition, I think it is best to make pudding by combining milk with eggs. This creates a good structure due to the density of the eggs. Which is both nice to look at and eat.

Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe?

Since this pudding is very simple, I did not have to face any trouble or difficulty. Because it is a very simple pudding between milk and egg pudding. Due to which I did not have to face much problem. However, when I went to put the liquid pudding in water, I was a little afraid that my hand would stick to the side. Apart from that, there was no other problem.

What are nutritious benefits of your dessert?

We generally know that milk contains calcium and protein, which are very important for the human body. In addition, eggs have many nutritional properties. Together, the two make a very nutritious dessert that is very beneficial for people of all ages. However, if someone wants, they can use less sugar if they need less, and more sugar if they need more. And I think it is very beneficial in that case too.
