Assalamu Alaikum to all of my steemian friends.Today I am trying to participant ▼ "SLC30-W1" // "The Street Food Gastronomic Route" - Fried food stalls.Thank you @dasudi and @lirvic for this amazing contest.

Name, Location and Opening Hours of the Food Stall

The Iftar market is located in Chattogram, in the area of firingibazar road .This place is quite popular and well known among local people. Because of its convenient location, the market is very easy to access. As a result, many people come here every day during Ramadan to buy different kinds of Iftar items.

It is a busy and lively place in the afternoon, especially as the time of Iftar approaches. Many small food stalls and temporary shops are set up along the street, offering a variety of traditional snacks and dishes.

There is no fixed opening or closing time for the Iftar market. However, most of the stalls usually start opening from noon or late afternoon and remain open until evening. During this time, the market becomes crowded with customers who come to buy fresh and delicious Iftar items.

Beguni

This is basically a tea shop. Except for the month of Ramadan, various types of food including tea are available here. However, during the month of Ramadan, they have introduced this special iftar item. Among these iftar items, my most favorite fried food is beguni. This beguni is made by cutting thinly the eggplant, dipping it in gram flour batter and frying it in hot oil. The top of this beguni (Eggplant fry) is very crunchy and the inside of the eggplant is soft which is very delicious to eat. Apart from the month of Ramadan, I like to eat this beguni. I sometimes make this beguni at home. Whenever I get a chance, I buy it from outside and eat it with satisfaction.I enjoy this beguni everything from salad, sauce and puffed rice.

✓ Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu?

Vegetables chop

I tried the egg chop from this shop. But when the egg chop uses potatoes and all these other ingredients, the egg is not used as the filling inside. Only potatoes are used as the filling inside. Which I found disappointing. My son ate a little and refused to eat the rest. If the cook at the shop wanted, he could have divided the egg into four parts and used it as the filling. I think this would have made the egg chop more delicious to eat. At the same time, the meaning of the name of the egg chop would have been fulfilled.

✓ How would you rate the prices at this stall comph to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

Prove of my presence

The prices at this stall compared to others in the area is affordable in my opinion.Of course the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price.I liked the taste of the food at this shop that I tried, except for the egg chop. The price and quality of the food at this shop are the same as other shops. However, one of the dishes I tried at this shop was the bunde, which I liked the most. The reason is that the bunde that I usually eat is slightly juicy when dipped in sugar syrup. But the bunde I ate at this shop was a bit crunchy, which I liked.
