Almost all of us prioritize certain things while buying electronic or home appliances. When you go to the market, you see different brands, different designs, price variations and numerous offers. But what caught my attention first in the crowd the beautiful design, the affordable price, or the power-saving efficiency? Thinking about this question, I understand that energy efficiency is the first thing that matters to me.
Nowadays, electricity is one of the main components of our daily life. Refrigerators, televisions, fans, rice cookers, air conditioners everything depends on electricity.

So if an appliance consumes excess electricity, the electricity bill increases at the end of the month. In the long run it causes economic stress. That's why I always find out how energy efficient any appliance is before I buy it.Energy efficient appliances not only reduce bills but also help protect the environment. Less power consumption means less fuel burned, less carbon emissions. Our world is already feeling the effects of climate change. So even small conscious decisions at the individual level can be part of big changes. Choosing an energy efficient fridge or inverter technology air conditioner is part of that responsibility.

Eggs, vegetables or paratha could be fried in little oil, nothing would stick.

If the heat is high, there is a risk of harmful substances from the damaged coating mixing with the food. So I think it is important to change it considering safety. Kitchen appliances are important not only for convenience but also for health protection.

I want to buy a new high quality stainless steel or cast iron pan. Although they may initially stick to food, they are much more durable if used correctly. They are also cost-effective in the long run. It is more sensible to buy good quality durable pans once than to replace non-stick pans again and again.A good pan is also very important to the cooking experience. Food is cooked or fried well if the heat is evenly distributed. Old pans now do not spread the heat evenly, sometimes burning one side.The other side is not cooked properly. It also affects the taste of food.
