Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which which organized by steemit Iron chef community.I am Thankful for whole steem it team and members your efforts and hard work remarkable.Today I am share you Dal mash in Dhaba style.

Lets move towards and starts

Things we need

Dal mash1 cup
Oilas required
Green chilli3-4
Tomatoes1
Coriander leaves3 tsp ( chopped)
Curry leaves3-4
Cuminseeds1 tsp
Red chilli1 tsp
Saltas required
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Gram masala powderhalf tsp
Dry minthalf tsp
Lemonhalf tsp (juice)

Procedure with step by step

I washed the dal mash twice with good water and then soaked it for half an hour.

Then I took a pan, put the mash dal in it and set it aside to cooked.When the lentils were cooked, I took them out into a separate bowl and strained the water into a separate bowl.(Then lentils should be just cooked through,but still whole- not mashy or dissolved)

On the other hand I take a pen add in oil with chopped onion when the onion fried add in green chilli,chopped tomato,I softened all the vegetables well and fried them.

Add in all the spices red chilli,salt, turmeric,gram masala.mixed well properly.

Add cooked Dal mash in fried spices mixed well properly then add remaining water of Dal and coved it )

When all the water from the lentils has dried up add up the Dal mash coriander leaves,green chilli,lemon juice

Final presentation of my delicious Dhaba style Dal mash

This is my final presentation.its very delicious,yummy and the taste is amazing .I served in naan.My husband and I had a lot of fun during lunchtime.

Healthy benefits of Dal mash

It has calcium, magnesium, phosphorus,fiber which very important for bones and muscles health.

Lots of protein.lentils is good source of protein.good for cardiovascular health.

Good for digestion.
So we can say Dal mash is healthy food .And we should make it part of our diet.
