Procedure :

Step 1:

First to make kofta. I added the chicken mince to the a bowl. Guys I have used the chicken mince for making my favorite koftas. You can also use the beef mince if you prefer guys. I washed the mince very well. Then I squeezed out all the excess water. Please remember there should be absolutely no water left in the mince. Otherwise the koftas will break.

Step 2:

Then I added the half kg of the finely chopped onions to in that meat. I removed all the water from the onions. The onions must be completely dry otherwise the koftas will break. If you blend the onions before adding them. It will be even better. I didn’t have a blender. So I finely chopped the onions instead.

Step 5:

When I was shaping the koftas into round balls. I placed a pan on the stove. Then I added the ghee to it. I left the ghee to heat properly. Since the ghee needed to be very hot. So I added it to the pan in advance. Once it was well heated. I started adding the kofta balls to the pan.

After adding the koftas to the hot ghee do not touch or move them at all for about 1 to 1½ minutes. Once that time has passed. Then gently turn them over using a fork very carefully and slowly. So they don’t break. When I change their side. The color will look very beautiful. The aroma is absolutely amazing guys. A very delicious fragrance will be released friends.
