I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Like last week, this week I have come to participate in a great engagement challenge. Through this engagement challenge, I will share with you about a sugarcane juice shop on the side of the road in our area today. So let's get started.

A small shop is a sugarcane juice shop on the side of the main road in Shiv Bari, Gazipur. A man sells sugarcane juice every day in this shop. The shop is not a restaurant or a VIP shop. It is made in a small van on the side of the road. Sugarcane juice is in demand in our country during the summer season and is a very popular drink. However, this drink is currently available in many places in winter as well as in summer. Ice is usually used for this juice in the summer season, but ice is not used in the winter season.

The shopkeeper extracts sugarcane juice immediately from the machine according to the customer's demand or order and serves the juice to the customers. Since it is located on the side of the road, ordinary people who walk here drink this juice from here to relieve their fatigue. Usually, all the customers who are here stand and drink juice and leave.

This juice shop is a street shop so there are no facilities like other shops. However, my husband and I went to the market today. I felt tired while shopping and my husband and I bought juice from here. The price of the juice is given below,

I like smoothies. Smoothies are made by mixing any liquid milk or sugar with fruits or vegetables. It is healthy, full of fiber and nutrients. Eating it refreshes the body in an instant. It is a drink that quenches thirst, relieves fatigue and adds some energy to the body. This recipe is easy to make and helps with digestion. I also like strawberry smoothies. Smoothies are made by mixing liquid milk with strawberries and it adds a unique flavor to the taste. Smoothies are also very beneficial for skin care.

✓ Are there any fruits or vegetables that you prefer to avoid in your juices, smoothies, or shakes?

I prefer fruit smoothies to vegetable smoothies. I especially don't like spinach smoothies at all. When I eat a smoothie at home or outside, I mostly eat strawberry and apple smoothies. Whenever we have strawberries or apples at home and other members of the family do not want to eat, then I make this food and give it to everyone, they feel comfortable eating it.

Of course, I consider smoothies an essential part of a healthy diet. Because since it is made by mixing fruits or vegetables with milk and sugar, its qualities are essential for our body. When we work hard, our body feels tired, and it is more beneficial for our body. Apart from this, it is also incomparable in terms of health and it gives our body strength. Is this food available in food stores in different places in our country. Apart from this, it can be made at home and added to the family's diet.
