How are you there? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S27/W4, organized by the Honorable Professor @afzalqamar. He has brought us a delicious tomato Ketchup, whose name is "Homemade Golden Turmeric Ketchup". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Tomato ketchup is a very popular item. Tomato sauce has an unparalleled ability to make various dishes delicious. Respected teacher @afzalqamar has brought a special challenge to tomato sauce.   • First, I start by collecting all the ingredients. I take the tomatoes in a bowl and wash them in clean water. Then I take them in a sieve and let the water drain.

  • Now I cut the tomatoes into small pieces. And take them in a bowl.

  • Now I pour the chopped tomatoes into a pot and put it on the stove.

  • Now I take the blended tomato mixture in a strainer to separate the seeds and peels, and also strain it.By doing this, I get the solid tomato mixture and throw away the peels and seeds separately.

  • Now I put a clean pan on the stove, when the pan gets hot, I add two spoons of soybean oil. Then I add half a spoon of black pepper powder, red chili according to taste, and 1/2 spoon of turmeric. And I cook it on low heat for some time.
