Homemade Vitality Ketchup

How are you there? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S27/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @afzalqamar. He has brought us a delicious tomato Ketchup, whose name is "Homemade Vitality Ketchup". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Respected teacher @afzalqamar has reached the final phase of the challenge and has organized a delicious recipe challenge featuring tomato, mint leaves, basil leaves, and coriander leaves. Before starting the preparation of the recipe, I am going to present its ingredients. Below, I have presented a list of ingredients.

Now I am going to make Vitality Ketchup as per the instructions of respected teacher @afzalqamar, and I am presenting its tutorial-
🍅Step:-01:-
- I gather all the ingredients for making Vitality Ketchup. After that, I start making the recipe one by one.
- First, I wash the basil leaves with water several times and keep them in a sieve to drain the water.
- Similarly, I wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves separately with clean water and let the water drain.

🍅Step:-02:-
- Now I take 1/2 kg of tomatoes and wash them with clean water. And cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Now, add half a cup of water to a pan and put the tomatoes in it, and keep stirring them.

- While the tomatoes are cooking, I cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces.
- Once the cutting is complete, I put the ginger and garlic pieces one by one in the tomato pot and stir
well.

- After 8-10 minutes, when the tomatoes are cooked, I take the pan off the stove and let it cool.

- Now I take a blender machine and blend the cooked tomatoes in it, and pour it into a pan.
- Now I strain the blended tomato mixture with the help of a strainer. This will separate the tomato seeds and skin, and the pure mixture will go.

- Now I chop the coriander leaves, mint leaves, basil leaves, and two green chilies, and arrange them in a bowl.

- Now I take a clean pan and add 2 tablespoons of soybean oil to it.
- When the oil is hot, I add the chopped green chilies to it. When the chilies are slightly fried, I add the blended tomato mixture to them.

- After heating for some time, add turmeric, chili, and salt to the ketchup and stir well.

- Now I add 3 spoons of white vinegar to the ketchup and add the required amount of sugar.

- The ketchup is almost thickened, at this time I add the chopped coriander leaves, basil leaves, and mint leaves, and stir it.

- When the ketchup thickens a little more, I remove it from the stove and let it cool.
And pour it into a bowl.

- Now I do some decoration to present the ketchup beautifully and declare the ketchup ready.

The ketchup I made today smells wonderful, has a nice color, and is very beautiful. I decorated it and presented it beautifully. Below, I am presenting some pictures of the final presentation.

I participated in every challenge of the 27th episode of the Steemit Challenge. I made 6 different types of tomato ketchup over 6 weeks. I gained experience in making different types of ketchup in each episode. It was a wonderful and new experience for me. I usually make ketchup normally during the tomato season. I have never made delicious ketchup with different items. By participating in the challenge of the respected teacher @afzalqamar, I gained that experience, I learned to make ketchup with new items, which has enriched my cooking style a lot more.
I am now more experienced and very skilled in making ketchup. Behind this skill is @afzalqamar sir. For that, I give him my respectful greetings.
