SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup"
Hello dear friends,
How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W1, organized by the Honorable teacher @uzma4882 ma'am. She has brought us a delicious soup, whose name is "Tomatoes Soup". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Respected teacher @uzma4882 has come up with a tasty and healthy tomato soup today. Now I will make tomato soup according to his instructions. Before that, I will present the ingredients for making the soup.
Ingredients to make the tometoes souce:-
| Tomato | 3 pieces grams |
| Onion leaves | 10 grams. |
| Garlic | 3 pieces |
| Black peper | ⅕ teaspoon |
| Cumin powder | ⅕ teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | ⅕ teaspoon |
| Chicken meat | 25 grams |
| Soya sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Chilli sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Butter | 2 teaspoons |
Now I am going to make a tasty and healthy tomato soup using the above ingredients. I am giving the recipe for the soup below.
🍅 Tomato Soup Recipe 🍲
🍅Step 1:-
- In the first step of starting the tutorial, I take the tomatoes in a clean bowl and wash them well with clean water.
- Then I put them in a basket to drain the water.

🍅Step 2:-
- Now I cut some parts from one end of the tomato with the help of a knife. In this way, I also cut the remaining tomatoes.
- Now I put a pan on the stove. I put the cut tomatoes in the pan and put it on the stove.

🍅Step 3:-
- I then add some water to the pan and heat it over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Within this time, the three tomatoes will be cooked nicely.

🍅Step 4:-
- Now let the cooked tomatoes cool,
- Then I gently peel the tomato skin with a slotted spoon.

- Now I mash the tomato paste roughly with the slotted spoon.
- Then I blend it thoroughly with the help of a blender.

- I take the blended tomatoes on a plate.
- Now I cut some chicken into small pieces and put it on a plate.

🍅Step 7:-
- Now I cut three pieces of garlic into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Similarly, I cut a few onion leaves into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

- Now I mix a spoon of cornflour in a bowl, which will help to thicken the tomato soup easily.

- After preparing all the ingredients for making the soup, I add 2 spoons of butter to a pan.
- After the butter has melted in the pan, I add the chopped garlic.
- I keep the garlic in the pan on medium heat until it turns brown.

- Then I add the chopped chicken into the pan, and stir it with salt as needed.
- Again, add chopped onion leaves, cumin powder, a little turmeric, red chili powder, chili powder, and stir well.

- Now I put the blended tomatoes in the pan, now I add the chili sauce, vinegar, and corn flour liquid.

- I keep on heating the mixture until it thickens a little. When the mixture is suitable for soup, I take it off the stove.

- Now pour the prepared tomato soup into a large bowl. With that, the preparation of tasty and healthy tomato sauce is complete.

Tomato Nutritional Properties:-
Tomato soup is a very healthy and nutritious food. Some of the nutritional properties found in tomatoes are mentioned below-
- Tomatoes are a vegetable or fruit rich in vitamin C. Tomatoes play an important role in increasing the body's resistance to disease.
- Helps fight seasonal colds and flu
- Acts as an antioxidant.
- It contains vitamin A, which is found in the form of beta-carotene. Vitamin A
- Protects eye health, maintains skin health, and boosts immunity.
- It contains vitamin K, which helps the body's blood clot. And maintains good bone health.
- Tomatoes contain potassium, which increases the functioning of the heart, maintains fluid balance, and helps maintain muscle health.
- Tomatoes contain antioxidants (lycopene), which help boost immunity. They also protect cells, reduce inflammation, and help reduce the risk of heart disease.
- They are rich in fibre, which aids in digestion, keeps the stomach full, and supports gut health.
- They contain folate, which helps in cell growth and healthy red blood cell formation.
- Tomatoes contain carbohydrates, which provide quick energy, which is very helpful during the cold months.

🍅Importance of Tomato Soup in Winters:-
Below I am mentioning some reasons why tomatoes are important during winter.
- Tomatoes help keep the body warm during winter.
- They contain Vitamin C, A and are rich in antioxidants, which help protect against common colds, flu, and infections during winter.
- Soup-Tomatoes can be used to make delicious soups. This soup increases the body temperature and helps the body feel warm in cold weather by improving blood circulation.
- Prevents dehydration - Thirst is often reduced in winter, which results in dehydration. Tomato soup provides fluids and electrolytes. As a result, water prevents dehydration.
- The lycopene and antioxidants in tomatoes fight inflammation, which is beneficial for joint pain that often increases in cold weather.
- Tomatoes work great for people with a low appetite or mild illness in winter.
- Above all, tomatoes are especially healthy in winter because they boost immunity, keep the body warm, improve digestion, hydrate the body, and reduce inflammation.

I did not face any difficulty in getting the ingredients for making tomato soup. I got all the ingredients at hand. All the ingredients with which I made the soup are usually at home, but if they are not at home, they can be easily found at any grocery store. Except for the tomatoes, all the ingredients were inside the house. While making the soup, I bought the tomatoes as they were fresh. So I would say that I did not face any difficulty in getting the ingredients for making the soup.
Now I am presenting the names and prices of the ingredients for making tomato sauce. I will first present the prices in our local currency and then present the prices in sem. I have presented it below:-

I have made a delicious tomato sauce as per the instructions of the respected teacher @uzma4882. Now it is time to present that tomato sauce, now below I am presenting the tomato sauce in a few steps.
The first picture I am presenting is taken after pouring the soup from the pan into the bowl.

In the second picture, I have added coriander leaves. The presentation has become more beautiful due to the addition of coriander leaves.
