Ingredients

| Cornflour | 3 tsp | ||
| Chicken stock or chicken Cube | 3 cup, 1 cube | ||
| Milk | 1 cup | ||
| Butter or olive oil | 2 tsp |
🍄 Complete recipe for forming mushroom soup
I first prepared all the constituents independently. Clean the mushrooms and slit into slender slices, hash the chicken into frail fragments, finely dice the onion and garlic. Put two spoons of olive oil in a pot and heat it on intermediate heat. Add onions and garlic to it and fry until flare golden. Now I add the chicken and mushrooms, add salt and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, swirling oftentimes , so that the chicken is fragile and the mushrooms are cooked well.
Then add all the spices including black pepper, white pepper, paprika and blend spice. also add celery recesses and blend well.
Now I annexed the chicken stock( if stock isn't available, stock cubes in water can be used) and cooked the soup until steaming. After it boils, add a cup of milk and let it cook for a many further minutes on low honey. Eventually, the cornflour was dissolved in water and added to the soup, stirring constantly, until the haze came thick and delicate.
When the soup is ready, scatter black pepper on top and serve hot.
🍲 Difficulties faced and cost of ingredients
Difficulties
The most consequential thing when forming the haze was to keep the thickness balanced.However, the soup becomes too chunky, If there's too important cornflour. Also, overcooking mushrooms can affect their flavor.

🍄 My experience
I've formed mushroom soup ahead, but this time with the chicken and delicate texture, it made the soup more succulent and convincing. This haze provides instant warmth and bounce to the body in cold weather.
🌟 Favorite soups and opinions
Throughout this challenge, I cherished the Lentils Soup and the Chicken Corn Soup, but the Mushroom Soup was out because of its special ambience and nutrition. I would surely advise this six week challenge to anyone who wants to adopt a fit winter diet.
