Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today we are present on the last week of the 27 Learning Channel, and I am really happy to participate this week, and I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing this contest. In today's contest, I have come with one of my favorite recipes, but friends, how did I make the recipe? lets see it,
What is your traditional dessert? Have you tried it?
Many people know that Bengalis love to eat sweets, but Bengalis cannot do without sweets on various occasions. In addition, there is a provision of sweets for guests to come to their homes, and if Bengalis want to visit any house, they always have sweets with them. It is natural that Bengalis cannot celebrate any festival without sweets. In addition, Bengalis have experience in eating various types of sweets, such as Suji Halwa, boot halwa, milk halwa, coconut halwa, sesame halwa, these are the different types of sweets that people of Bangladesh like easily, but I also like to eat these sweets a lot, especially on special occasions, and if there is a previous arrangement at home, it is fun to eat sweets together.
Make any one of the recipes that you like most from traditional desserts, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

The Process of recipe
Step 01
🥥Today I will be making my favorite recipe, Narikeli Payas. For this, I have put a clean pan on the stove, and here I have added half a kilo of liquid milk.
🥥When the milk is slightly warm, I will add a two small cardamom , and a cinnamon stick.
Step 02
🥥Then the milk boiled well. Here I will give the pre-washed polava rice. Here I have taken about 50 grams of polava rice.
🥥Then I will boil the milk and rice well, take my time, and here I will cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
🥥The rice has become a little soft. I will give the coconuts I have collected here.
🥥Then I'll add sugar to taste again after five minutes.
Step 03
🥥Then I will cook everything again for about 15 to 20 minutes, which will make my rice soft and my coconut paise will be completely ready.
🥥Then I will turn off the stove and wait for it to cool down a bit. Once it has cooled down, I will take out the coconut paste in a bowl.
Step 04
🥥Then I will sprinkle a few raisins on top for serving and decoration.
Step 05
🥥And that's how my delicious coconut pie was ready for today. Then I added my name tag and took a picture.

My selfie with the recipe
Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.
Of course, I had no difficulty in making today's recipe, as I said before, this is my favorite recipe and I have made it many times. Whenever coconut is brought home, I keep some coconut aside and use it while making this pai because coconut adds a different flavor and dimension to the pai, which is different. It adds flavor and dimension. Also, since these types of pies are a bit different from other pies, they are especially appreciated when members are cut into these types of pies on special days.
On what occasion do you want to make it.
First of all, I want to say that I want to make this on the birthdays of all the members of my family. On the birthdays of all the members of the family, from the youngest to the oldest, I first start the day with this coconut pie. Then other types of food are prepared. Also, on special days and to fill the space requested by someone, I sometimes make this pie. However, when there is a disruption while milk feeding my son, I make this coconut pie to fill the lack of milk, which is made with a lot of milk. Eating this will fill the milk deficiency.
