Today, we’re featuring a deliciously comforting dish — Chicken Meatball Curry. Tender, juicy chicken meatballs slowly cooked in a fragrant, spice-infused gravy… a flavor that turns an ordinary meal into something unforgettable. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a special gathering, this curry is sure to win hearts and appetites alike!

Let’s Begin the Curry-Making Journey!

Now that we have all the ingredients ready, it’s time to start preparing our delicious Chicken Meatball Curry step by step. From mixing and shaping the meatballs to cooking the aromatic gravy, we’ll go through each stage carefully to ensure you get a perfect, flavorful curry every time.

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Minced chicken 750 gm
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Garlic As required
Ginger As required
Onions 3
Roasted chana dal (Bengal gram) ½ cup
Green chilies 2
Cooking oil 1 cup
Coriander leaves (for garnish) ¼ cup, chopped

Cooking Procedure

Step 1 – Prepare the Meat Mixture

First of all chicken meat, onions, garlic-ginger, green chilies, and roasted chickpeas into a chopper machine and chop everything together.

Step 2 – Season and Mix

Transfer the chopped mixture into a bowl, add all the spices, and mix thoroughly. Then place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to set. After that, shape the mixture into balls.

Step 3 – Prepare the Gravy Base

Take a pot and add one cup of cooking oil. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. Then add garlic-ginger paste and the remaining spices. Sauté well.

Step 4 – Add Yogurt and Meatballs

Add one cup of yogurt to the pot. Also pour in one glass of water. Now add the prepared meatball mixture into the gravy.

Step 5 – Final Garnish

Finally, add green chilies and fresh coriander for garnish. Now your recipe is ready to serve!

Presentation

Serve this dish hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice, garnished with fresh coriander for flavor and color.
