Today I’m sharing a fresh, healthy, and colorful vegetable recipe with a fun twist on the veggies’ names.

Rainbow Harvest Tri-Color Veg is a light stir-fried dish with vibrant, wholesome vegetables that are tasty and visually stunning.

Ingredients

Spices

  • Sun-kissed Salt – 1 tsp
  • Golden Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Cracked Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Heartland Oil – 2 tbsp

Vegetables

  • Emerald Cabbage – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Jade Green Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Sunset Bell Pepper – 1 medium (sliced)
  • Moonlight Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Firecracker Chilies – 3 (chopped)

Cooking Method

Step 1: Preparation

  • First of all, all ingredients and spices should be cut and ready for cooking.

Step 2: Aromatic Base

Heat Heartland Oil in a pan. Add Moonlight Garlic and Firecracker Chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 3: Rainbow Mix

Add Emerald Cabbage, Jade Green Peas, and Sunset Bell Pepper. Stir and cook until slightly tender but still crisp.

Step 4: Season and Finish

Sprinkle Sun-kissed Salt, Golden Turmeric, and Cracked Black Pepper. Mix and cook for another minute. Turn off the flame.

Final Presentation

Soft, tender chapati or roti, straight from the stove, for a comforting meal experience.
