I visited Bingham University Karu and saw a lot of street food vendors located opposite the University gate selling food because of the church program that I am currently going on in the university which is hosted by the church.
At the place, there are a lot of street foods including Broths and soups, as seen in the video that I have shared below.
My Aunty is also part of those who sell food at the place, so I went to visit her at the place so I can help her to sell food. The place is usually crowded due to the church program that is currently going on at the university.
Those selling food, usually open their business very early in the morning and close late in the day which is mostly at night. They open around 8 am and close around 10 pm at night.
The good part of it with the food sellers is that they are regulated and monitored by the school authorities to sell quality and good food which is another reason why the place is looking very clean.
Cash deposit, bank transfer, and point of sale are the three acceptable payment methods in the place.

Yes, I enjoyed soup and egusi soup and fufu is what I ate at the place where I enjoyed it so much. The soup was so nice and the fufu was so smooth and soft which was just passing through my throat very easily without stress.

Egusi soup is my favorite soup and I do eat it twice a week. In my house, I do enjoy that I cook egusi soup once a week and eat it as long as I like.

I accompany my soul with a chill mineral drink. I bought a cold bottle of mineral drink to accompany my food.
