Since being new to steemit, I actually don't know how to use 100% voting power to upvote. Idea to this would be helpful! I would love to participate.
Hello my friend! Your vote is already at 100% for now as you have not enough Steem Power. Once you have like over 500SP, then you will have access to a bar where you can choose how much you want to vote.
