Now I will be Renting and then buying Real estate in Africa with @tj4real @mcsamm and even with @emmanuel-oppong who I will be helping to save the $2000 in 1 -2 months that he will need to buy a small starter home somewhere far from @mcsamm and @mj4real 's places, so they can be all spread out around the country and we can have flag poles and steem signs banners and paint steem logos all over the houses. We will rent first and try some houses out and get @mcsamm a Store Front to sell food and electronics for steem/SBD. Also @tj4real has a WhitePaper for "Steam fast-Jet" Where he will save up 855 of all his rewards into a Curation Bot for Steemit team Ghana Members for new users who are talented who end up needing the support to further local talents organic growth. In the next 5 years curation bots like this idea from @tj4real could end up generating billions of dollars for Ghana and also Nigeria. @nairadady has a similar naija bot type program we should learn from and work with and I believe together we will find the best answers and hire the best people when we start our Ghana tech Companies to make money on Steem and Blockchains.

@elgeko realized that in a few years I will have 100,000 Africa Children on Steemit all upvoting my posts at 1 cent each every hour ($1000 an hour lol) @tj4real and @mcsamm can help me make this into a funny video that shows the hypothetical future of Ghana with cgi animation showing how all the new buildings and businesses can change Ghana, how when everyone uses steem there will be this incredible society where everyone can work and make some money, anyone can get a small loan of $50 to afford a decent android smartphone plus a few weeks of data to get started on steem blockchain, and it can allow us to use steemit accounts of profitable users to take loans out using their steempower and future earnings as collateral! I love the idea of allowing the local Ghana economy to grow around steem as a new banking service and eve make deals with the local banks to make it BIG and install steem banking systems in the local existing banking infrastructure, because I have heard everyone in Ghana now uses the MTN mobile money system as text messages on their smartphones... they have a The Litecoin Company: which takes litecoin (Steemit>Wallet>SBD/Steem>Sell>Blocktrades>LTC>GhanaLitecoinCompany>MTC>We change the lives of millions on Africa! They get to send litecoin to a company in Ghana that sends them their Mobile MTN Money system which they can use to buy ANYTHING it is digital fiat money!
