You have addressed several really good points, in a concise and wonderfully written manner.
Now - this leads me to why I stopped protesting and took action - we can complain all day, but that makes little to no advances.
What are viable options and alternatives to create a homeostasis that is conducive to the growth of all involved?

Thank you for checking it out! I am too tired I think right now and also I'm not sure I want to steal his points but rather send people to his post :D But I am definitely going to revisit these issues in future posts and add my own suggestions... Thanks!
