For the people who say i Copy stuff !!

I already told on my blog that i want to help people to get in shape and healthy with stuff i TESTED ON MYSELF AND ON MY BODY AND WORKED !! I POST RECIPES THAT I USED FROM THE INTERNET AND WORKED 100% ... TO SEE IT EASYER AND FASTER HERE  !!  AND THE OTHER THING .... I ALWAYS POST THE SOURCE !!

P.S. : I use to make groups with professional athletes and talk to them about this kind of lifestyle !! and i want to share with you !!
