Don't let Steemit become Instagram All Over Again.
You as a member of Steemit, no matter how big or small of a following you have, shape the community. I personally don't want to see another Instagram or another Snapchat where a bunch of attractive women post slutty photos to get attention from men, and get praised for doing so. If you upvote this type of content, you are promoting it, your voice matters. Ultimately, what this does is take away and demotivate the people who produce actual content, and it hurts the community as a whole. You need to police the community and the posts and upvote quality content, otherwise we WILL end up with a paid version of Instagram where people just cash in on their good genetics. Please get this out there, and please do not allow Steemit to become this.

Good point my friend. I think the steemit community is something that must be respected and upheld, or else it'll be commercialized like everything else in this world.
We have to fight back before this becomes a reality. I have never asked anything out of my readers before, but please resteem, comment and upvote this article. I can't highlight how important this is.

If your someone like me who would rather post content I would in the past post to Instagram twitter and Facebook but no longer does they just share that content here on Steemit i think that is fair?
