I really don't grasp all this.  I just want to share awareness of a better way to operate Human society such that the caring Ones take care of things, not promoting psychopaths to power, as do the present systems.  I don't see how this "communities" thing will help in that effort.

I hope someOne can give Me a clue as to how this effort can be facilitated.
