We're giving away a crypto collectible here soon, and the worry we have are these multiple user accounts snatching them all up. Not sure how we'll get around them. If we give away on reputation score then new legitimate users may miss out, but unfortunately we see this as the only best option.
I don't know how many of whatever it is you plan on giving away, but if it's not too many you could always check each account's posts and comments. Legitimate users are pretty easy to separate from non-legit, most of the time.
We are giving away 10,000 unique pixel flowers. This is what we need to sort out first. We have to work out a way that's fair for all.
